1. General Provisions

By purchasing the "Ontological Coaching Bundle" (hereinafter referred to as "the Product"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Product is provided for personal, non-commercial professional development use only.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, frameworks, and questions included in the Product are the intellectual property of the Creator. You are granted a single, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the materials for your personal coaching practice. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information or content obtained from the Product. You may not share the downloaded files or access links with other coaches, institutions, or public forums.

3. Payment and Delivery

The Product is a 100% digital download. Upon successful processing of your payment, you will receive an automated email containing the links to download the PDF files. Ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Product and immediate access to proprietary intellectual property (including the 1,000 Questions Database), all sales are final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you explicitly waive your right to a refund.

If you are a resident of the European Union, the United Kingdom, or any jurisdiction granting statutory withdrawal rights for digital purchases, you hereby expressly request immediate performance of this contract and acknowledge that by downloading or accessing the Product, you completely lose and forfeit any statutory right of withdrawal or 14-day refund period.

5. Disclaimer of Advice and Professional Services

All frameworks, methodologies, models, templates, exercises, and questions included in or accessed through this Product (collectively, the "Materials") are developed and distributed strictly as general educational and training resources.

Under no circumstances shall the Materials be deemed, interpreted, or relied upon as tailored advice, professional guidance, specific recommendations, or the rendering of medical, mental health, therapy, psychiatric, financial, or legal services. Access to or use of this Product does not create any professional-client, advisor-advisee, doctor-patient, or other fiduciary relationship between you (or your clients) and the Creator.

The Creator does not guarantee, warrant, or predict any specific professional, financial, business, or client outcomes resulting from the use of this Product. Your business success, client retention, and revenue depend on your own skills, execution, and external factors beyond the Creator's control. The Product is provided without any express or implied warranties of commercial viability or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Creator, its affiliates, or licensors be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, goodwill, or business opportunity). In any event, the Creator's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to this Product shall strictly not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the Product.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through good-faith negotiation.
